- Your device model and iOS version
- Your general location (to help us investigate weather data issues)

Common Topics
- Weather data — Yardwise relies on weather data from an external provider. If recommendations seem off, there may be a temporary data issue in your area.
- Location access — Yardwise needs location access to fetch local weather. Check that location permissions are enabled in your device settings.
- Watering tracking — Tap “I Watered” after watering an area to help Yardwise give better recommendations. All watering history is stored locally on your device.
