Having trouble with Yardwise? We’re here to help.

Email us at support@stalefishlabs.com and include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • Your general location (to help us investigate weather data issues)

We typically respond within 48 hours.

Common Topics

  • Weather data — Yardwise relies on weather data from an external provider. If recommendations seem off, there may be a temporary data issue in your area.
  • Location access — Yardwise needs location access to fetch local weather. Check that location permissions are enabled in your device settings.
  • Watering tracking — Tap “I Watered” after watering an area to help Yardwise give better recommendations. All watering history is stored locally on your device.
