These terms cover buying packs for Stalefish Labs games: Large Language Monkeys, Almost Obvious and the games in Stalefish Game Night. The seller is Stalefish Labs, LLC. By buying, you agree to them.

What you’re buying

A pack is a set of cards for one of our games. You pay once. There’s no subscription and nothing renews.

A pack belongs to the account you signed in with when you bought it, with Apple or with Google. Sign in with that same account on any phone or computer and the pack is yours there too. If you sign in with the other one, we can’t tell it’s you, so stick with the one you bought with.

Volumes

A volume is three packs for one game, sold together for less than the three would cost one at a time. Buying a volume gets you those three packs, the same as buying each one. A volume doesn’t change after you buy it: new packs go into later volumes, which are sold separately.

If you already own some packs from a volume, you can buy the ones you’re missing on their own instead.

Playing at a table

Your packs come with you to the table. When you join a game on your phone, everyone at that table can play the packs you own, for as long as you’re there. Nobody else gets to keep them, and when you leave the table your packs leave with you.

You buy packs on a phone or a computer, or in Stalefish Game Night’s Apple TV app. The Apple TV app also plays the packs owned by the players at the table. A pack bought on the Apple TV is an in-app purchase: it belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, plays on that Apple TV (and comes back with Restore Purchases on another one signed in to the same Apple Account), and Apple’s terms for App Store purchases apply to it as well as these.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it’s added at checkout, and you may be asked for your address so the right tax can be worked out.

Payment goes through Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe emails your receipt. On the Apple TV, Apple takes the payment and sends the receipt, at the price the App Store shows.

Some packs are rated for older players, and the rating is shown next to the price. Buying one means you’re old enough for it.

Refunds

If a pack isn’t what you hoped, email support@stalefishlabs.com within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund it in full. Tell us the email on your receipt so we can find it. A refund takes the pack back, from your account and from any table you join afterwards. A volume is refunded as a whole, and its three packs go back together.

A refund disputed with your bank removes the pack the same way. Packs we gave you for free can’t be refunded.

Apple handles refunds for packs bought on the Apple TV: ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t refund an App Store purchase ourselves. A pack Apple refunds goes back the same way.

Where your local law gives you more rights than this, those rights apply.

Changes to packs

We sometimes rewrite a card that isn’t working, or swap it for a better one. A pack you own gets those changes too. We won’t take a pack you paid for away from you, short of a refund.

If we ever stop running one of our games, we’ll say so on this page at least 60 days ahead.
